Dashing left-hander Yuvraj Singh is the man of occasions. The Punjab southpaw declared his arrival during the 2000 Under-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka, which India won by defeating the hosts. Yuvraj, with 203 runs, was named Man of the Series. The left-hander was immediately called for national duty during the ICC ICC KnockOut Trophy and made his debut against Kenya. His aggression and zeal for runs amazed many during the tournament; a star was born. Yuvraj became only the fifth Indian batsmen to join the 7k club during the second One-dayer against West Indies at Sabina Park.
